中空玻璃與鋁管間隔體之間用兩道彈性密封膠粘結(jié),第一道采用丁基橡膠密封,第二道采用結(jié)構(gòu)硅酮膠密封。實(shí)際生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中,如果密封膠中存在機(jī)械雜質(zhì)或涂膠過(guò)程中擠壓不實(shí),致使膠體內(nèi)部存在毛細(xì)管,并在間隔層內(nèi)外壓差或濕度差的作用下,空氣中的水分進(jìn)入空氣層,使中空玻璃間隔層中含水量增加。

對(duì)干燥劑的要求是不但要吸附掉中空玻璃密封單元在組裝過(guò)程中密封于空氣中的水分,使得中空玻璃有合格的初始露點(diǎn),還要不斷地吸附通過(guò)膠層擴(kuò)散到空氣層中的水分,繼續(xù)保持符合使用要求的露點(diǎn)。如果干燥劑的吸附能力差,不能有效地吸附通過(guò)擴(kuò)散進(jìn)入空氣層中的水份,就會(huì)導(dǎo)致水份在空氣中聚集,水分壓提高,中空玻璃的露點(diǎn)上升。
The requirement of desiccant is not only to absorb the moisture sealed in the air by the sealing unit of hollow glass in the assembly process, so that the qualified initial dew point of the hollow glass can be obtained, but also to continuously absorb the moisture diffused into the air layer through the adhesive layer, and continue to maintain the dew point which meets the requirements of use. 4、如果中空玻璃設(shè)備中出現(xiàn)水汽,那么中空玻璃設(shè)備大氣環(huán)境中的潮氣能通過(guò)兩片玻璃間的密封膠逐漸滲透進(jìn)中空玻璃設(shè)備內(nèi)部的空間層。因此我們?cè)谑褂弥锌詹AгO(shè)備時(shí)需要在中空玻璃內(nèi)部裝有干燥劑以吸收這些進(jìn)入的水氣。但如果干燥劑吸收水氣的能力有限,或者甚至中空玻璃間的密封膠已經(jīng)和玻璃脫開(kāi)的話,那么中空玻璃內(nèi)部就會(huì)積聚越來(lái)越多的水氣,直到隨著溫差和濕度的變化,就會(huì)出現(xiàn)水的積聚,這種現(xiàn)象專業(yè)術(shù)語(yǔ)為"中空玻璃失效".
